If in the rare instance that the product does not arrive in the condition described, then please inform us by email: hello@mrsjonesgallery.co.uk at your earliest convenience (within 14 days of making your order) and we will endeavour to arrange a return and refund on receipt of the item.

For undamaged, unused products, simply return it in its original packaging along with the receipt within 14 days of the date you received the product and we will exchange or refund based upon the original payment method.
